I was just reminded that when one sends email to students with the Send Email tool in Blackboard, there is no record of whom the email was sent to. If you send email from the Grade Center, you get a list of the sendees in the body of the email.
In the full Grade Center, select the users you want to email with the check boxes in the left column.
Click on the Email button above the GC table, select Send Email to Selected Users.
Compose your email in the email window
Click the check box “Include Recipients List”
The list of recipients will be in the body of the email you receive.
